Not really annoying slow, but it could be faster, I sometimes click onto other sites in a different window when I am waiting.

Is it worth me voting. We have an average broadband speed of 0.4 mb so barely broadband really and probably worse than dial-up. Not sure Rob can sort that out for me. As with Nuttynick, I live in the country and apparently we don't need faster broadband as we would only use it to shop online.
Average Rob. However I would say it is not the speed but acceleration. I click on anything and have to wait few seconds before anything loads. When it starts loading it is fast.
I voted "Slow, please sort it out", but it could be my geographical location, or that I use Microsoft IE, but some other sites from t'other side o de world are quicker.
No problem here, speed's about the same as any other site. Interestingly though, if I vote on a poll, it reloads with the wrong thread underneath...
Maybe its more noticeable with a faster connection, but there is a definate lag after you click and the site actually doing something. Regardless of if i'm using a Pc, Mac, ipad, iphone or android pad and all the browsers that go between them.
No problem here, only issue is that when a thread is selected sometimes it goes into search mode click on another thread and then go back to previously selected thread and it then displays without the search. I think my ISP has issues at the moment need a big stick or large boots to get them to sort their neck of the woods out. Same result as Figaro with bikes for sale thread reloaded after voting on poll, hit f5 for a reload then lost connection.
Thanks for your info everyone. I'm upgrading the server package tonight - Going to a Virtual Dedicated Server, with more memory, which should make it much quicker. I will look at the issue with the Poll showing another thread - it seems quite strange!
