Simple job, just getting the two sides level of the ground via the adjuster, and remember the rear brake light switch Shouldn't take very long to do
I'd measure your lever heights before you start - it'll make it a quick job to get the new ones to the same levels once installed.
If you are happy with the angle and level of the existing levers, then yes, set them the same. Alternatively, you may feel that playing around with new levels may give better results when riding, and feel more natural. It's all down to personal preference really, tinker and enjoy the test rides!
GiaMoto rear sets have arrived today look fab. Bad bit have to go to work tomorrow so may be next weekend before I can fit. Will post picture when sorted. Thanks for advice Steve
Once you have the pegs and levers in the right place, check you have free play on the brake pushrod. It adjusts with a locknut and screws in/out of the clevis. Get it wrong and you'll get brake drag at best, worst case pads, caliper, disc, hoses overheat... you need 3mm or so to be safe.
