Ask one of your more practical mates how to check tyre pressure The one in the middle may be you best shot. The one in green is another forum member in disguise
I have mate several different garage ones, digital pressure garage and compressor in garage. All fine on front but back just doesn't rear correct or inflate
Quit possibly hence asking on here. I presume getting garage to fit 90 degree valve should rectify it
The OP should just use an ordinary straight Schrader type gauge...........it works fine on mine but you need tow hands to do it..........and if you can get one on the straight valve on an SS front wheel........well........... .......and I use an ordinary footpump as well..... Rebalance the wheel if a 9o degree adaptor is fitted......
Tried that too. Even just tried a good quality floor pump and the air just seems to whistle out like there is a hole or poor seal somewhere which is what it does on garage compressor. Tyre is still inflated and has never seemed to lose pressure
me, i am rolling on floor laughing my Scottish inebriated head off. funny as fuck. XXX love you all (not )
You could fit a pair of these. Then you can check the tyre pressures every time you ride with no effort at all. TPMS for motor cycles | www.tyrepal.co.uk
Thanks Pete seen them before and think they are a good idea but it's def the valve that's knackered as checked pressure at garage before run out today and rear said 5 psi but wasn't any where near that. Managed to get some air I and it stopped at 36 but was going up and down throughout inflation I.e jumping to 30 then down to 25 ect. Going to nip it into local tyre place and get one of those 90 degree valves fitted and see if issue stops.
