I'm in Chelmsford and my Hyper went away to Alec at Ducati Pro Team just outside Bluewater in Kent to have the valves checked. He's a small independent service guy but really knows his stuff with a history in BSB. I do all my own servicing but don't have a valve shim set to swap things about, so it's easier to offload it to someone who does! He collects bikes and you'd be within his collection range.
