For Sale 900ss Standard Seat

  1. I have a 900ss standard seat for sale on ebay at the moment, if anyone is interested. £30 plus £10 postage.

  3. Looks like it is the later catch.....'cos I can see the midway support buffers, which I think were not on the earlier seats....

  5. I guess wait for the OP to post a pic of the catch..........I could be wrong about the buffers.....have you got them on your old one?

  7. Well..........the catch plate is the same as my '97 seat, although my seat part number is '1 D' rather than '1 C'........but I do know my seat is not the original from '97.........so, I reckon the OP's seat is the 'later' version.

  8. The peg catch was fitted 94 on. The bar catch was 92-93. They are like hens teeth!

    Midway circular support is common to both

  14. No true..........I have seen two without them, not pattern, but OEM with genuine part numbers.......both on very early models.
