Thanks for posting the photos! The part number should be printed into the paint or listed somewhere on the tank (perhaps behind the heat shield padding) as 586.1.037#XX or similar format. That looks like a 586.1.037.2AA - the last 3 characters as the color code. If it came from one of these bikes, it should work. What year is your S4? If it's metal, no dents, no rust (could you provide a photo of the inside of the tank, please?), and it matches, I would very much like to purchase it. Think the decals on the carbon side covers can come off, or are they under the clear coat? You wouldn't happen to have a Termignoni mid pipe for high mounted Monster systems would you? It is metal, come off a 2001 S4 and has an ally sender pump nut, so no leaking joint. There are no dents, just a couple of paint dings, as seen in pics. I haven't got pics of inside but there is no rust at all inside the tank. I know because I had to stick my hand in there to unplug the sender to fit the nut. I will have a look at the side covers later today. No, sorry, no Termi pipes at all.
