I am looking to remove the full system termi that was fitted by the dealers on my Hyoer 821 SP. Back to standard for resale. Does anybody know where this can be downloaded from, or maybe a walk through? Thanks
I havent taken off pipes from a hyper but its a straightforward job. Buy new copper nuts and gaskets when you do swap over. I'd also assume you may need an ECU swap to the original one that came with the bike.
Thanks. The ecu is just an upload as opposed to a swap. Which is nice. I'll have to find some new gaskets. I don't really want to do this bit I'm not going to get anything for them if the are attached to the bike if being sold. They were £1700 to buy. Then £200 to get them fitted. Would be nice to get some that back if possible.
Just order a set of new copper nuts and gaskets from a main dealer. Theyre not expensive. Other than that, start at the back, remove muffler, then manifold. I agree that you should sell them separately or offer the bike purchaser a discount for them. ie £X amount with standard or £Y amount with the termi.
Ok will do. I have the instructions anyway so will look at it and work backwards from that, if I decide this is the route I am going to take.
