The Multistrudel I bought has a lead for connecting a sat-nav device (Tom Tom I think) so bearing that in mind I was wondering who, if anyone on here could give me advice on which would be the best version to go for (along with fixing it to the bike and anything else useful). Thanks
If I remember rightly, Ducati list a badged Garmin as an accessory so maybe it's a Garmin connector. I've had the zumo 660 for about 4 years without any problems (fitted by the dealer to my new Multi last year). It has a nice large display and it's easy to operate with gloves. It's great for finding nearest fuel, campsite, hotel etc when touring. My only criticism is that it can be slow to recalculate at times. This can be a pain when trying to negotiate a busy junction in the middle of a foreign city! Kevin
If it is for the original Ducati branded Garmin, it us just a mini USB connector, which is only wired for power (no data).
