Hello guys. Im new here so dont know if I writing in good topick. I got problem with my ducati 848 2008 front break pistons. so whats happen my front break wasnt so good so i decide to check why and what i found out is the front caliper was wet on botom so i bought new seal and then i open fron caliper to change seal and i seen the pistons got some scratch on it so I install new seal put everything back and the fluid is still licking so is mean the piston got to big scratches on it and thats why is licking so now i need to change pistons can u help me guys from where i can get them or maybe can fix from any different caliper. I already call ducati dealer and they not selling pistons. Thank you for your help
Phone Jim Aim Motorcycles....Jim Aim Motorcycles - KTM Dealer, Essex, parts, sales service, repair ..they are KTM dealers and a lot of KTMs have the same calipers as some Ducatis.........They keep the relevant spares and service kits for Brembo calipers fitted to the KTMs. You might be lucky.....
On holiday in Italy at the moment - back on 1st Sept. Just to confirm - the brakes I have are the non-Evo type, as fitted to a standard 848. Are these the sort you would be interested in?
