thats terrible, feel for you chap. that sort of mindless theft/torching though seems likely a revenge job, most likely linked to the breakin of your car/catching the c**t in the act id have thought. worth following up on i reckon.
DarrenB i am really sorry to hear that your bike has been stolen i hope the police will be able to find your bike.Again really sorry to hear this. If the police & other agents would spend more time cracking down on thieves as opposed to trying to catch us bikers out on speed related/so called noisy exhaust cans things. We all spend hard earn money so we can have a bike or some hobbies only to have filthy thieves steel are bikes, then when you want the law to find & prosecute thieves its sorry we cant help. Darren I do hope you find your bike pal dont give up. All the best David.
Just adds insult to injury, grim, feel for you chap, hope the insurance pays out quickly and you get another one very quickly
That's terrible, absolutely gutted for you. I actually live not far away in Stroud, always had Cheltenham down as a pretty safe area although I do know a few areas have some undesirables kicking about. Hope the insurance sorts you out.
Bad news that, Things like this is the only time i agree with some of the laws in other countries, chop there hand off and give it back to them. Lets face it if they catch them, the police will only laugh and joke with them and let them off.
Welcome Darren, absolutely gutted for you after reading this. Was there any CCTV footage in the area??? Just a thought.
No, shame i would have loved them to get caught.. I normally catch them before they even touch my bikes, caught someone lifting the cover before when i had the microwave sensor on it.. had one on order for the new bike, arrived the day after the theft
