Few of us enteterd a team in a charity event at RAF Odiham, 19th Oct. Rules are 2 stroke <50cc or 4 stroke <90cc WHY? Cheaper the better, free even better and happy to give it back after, if it survives doesn't need to be pretty or road logal, just start, run and stop ok, ideally with good enough tyres. Its a 6hr jaunt...so needs to crash well lol Spectators welcome btw just need to stick names on the gate
We will also be fundraising for a muscular dystrophy charity. We are sticking £100 in each, to buy bike, enter etc, and anything we raise goes there. Plus if we sell bike at end, proceeds will too.
Last week at Squires. 00's (if not 000's) of battered old mopeds turned up on a leg of an annual trip from Holland heading up to Edinburgh. http://www.carbagerun.nl/home/index.php?editie=8 There was some pretty funny sights, but they looked like they were having fun
i have one you can have needs a set of rings the engines out but you can fling it in in an hour forget what its called looks like a peugeot speedfight mbx or mtx something like that a good make. in jaguar racing scheme for free.
Bradders only wants one, because it's the only thing he's likely to win a race on..........and besides, it's nearer the ground, so he won't have so far to fall off........ But as it's all in a good cause, good luck to him........
