Hi, I'm at the point of buying a new Monster and would be grateful for any constructive comments regarding sales and general service here. Many thanks.......
My bikes from there. Andy is a good salesman, he does like to take the micky! I'm good friends though with Helen the service manager though so slightly biast but they don't cut corners.
Thanks Phil. The sales guy I spoke to when I enquire about a new 821 recently didn't seem too interested really. Didn't even take my details. Certainly there doesn't appear to much in the way of incentive to buy a new bike there, i.e. No promotional goodies like free 1st service or accessories. Saw another dealer in Scotland offering this, a data tag and other stuff. Kind of puzzling really.....
Okay, who did u speak too? Pm me the name if u want? Tbh its worth going to Snells in Alton. There constantly getting rave reviews.
+1 for Snells. I bought my Diavel there last week and their service has been absolutely first rate from start to finish. Datatag is included with all new Ducatis now, it's part of an industry wide anti-theft initiative.
Bought one bike from blade ducati and certainly won't buy another , poor customer service 10% off goodies promised then taken away after a certain period of time and then possibly reinstated after heated discussion with not so good salesman so my advice would be snells where the buying experience is so much better and in fact I advised the reading mob to go and see how snells deal with customers and to top it off they wanted £120 more for first service and heated grips for multi so it's a big no from me , reading ducati on my doorstep but I will only use snells from now on
Thanks for your input guys. Looks like a trip to Alton for me then........... BTW Anyone know the average wait time for a new Monster 821 after ordering?
Not sure on waiting time but again a quick call to snells will be the way forward , really are good guys
