Following on from slumdogs thread :- http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f29/brighton-hove-ducati-rides-3683/ - just a reminder for above, it's celebrating pre-'66 cars this time :- Breakfast Club. looks like around 6 or 7 going from here - Darren and Lucasz?.
As mentioned on other post wet roads Storrington black sky west. Turned round now having tea n bacon butty at the Chalet.
don't blame you Ken - might have persevered and met you if i'd known - I changed my mind twice (or turned round 3 times if you like) as it seemed to be clearing up at one point but finally gave up just before Midhurst as visibility so poor.. a round of applause to anyone who made it.
Just had heavy shower here in storrington, Ken your txt received thanks. Can't reply as no signal . I will see what happens in the next hour.
Well I tried got to cranleigh and put waterproofs on then the thunder and heavens opened rain was heading NE so I rode though it on my way home as SW sky was black and didn't look like it was easing up anytime soon Cant say I didn't try, just got the bike back in the garage when the downpour hit my house sitting in conseratory with tea and Jaffa cakes. Bloody weather
Three Monsters today at Bury Hill, post Breakfast Club! Goodwood was dry .... amazingly (and thankfully), considering the rain early this morning. A few hardy animals turned up - Harry, myself, Lucazade, Crystal John (4 wheels)...... there were around 100 bikes parked up and some good cars. Shame Chris had to turn back - drenched. One day (ha!) we'll have a dry Sunday for a good run........ (maybe 2013??)
