Just had a fuel gauge sensor replaced on my 2011 Multistrada. I bought the bike form them approximately 3 months ago and the fuel gauge was a bit dodgy then. Picked it up yesterday after a warranty claim and not a thing to worry about. Even had a full tank to ride home with. Hats off to J&L!!

I bought my 749 from them 1 year ago with 3 months warranty. Just as the warranty ended a small water hose split from the top of the rad. Phoned them and they got a replacement sent direct to me fee of charge from the factory within a week. Even offered to pay another dealer to fit it for me which I kindly declined as I like to do all my work myself. Can't grumble about them and will defiantly give them a call when it's time to upgrade. They get the thumbs up from me.
I bought my multi touring from them and the purchase was really really good with no issues at all and had two services there and found that the service was really good. That said I'm not sure if I will go back there to change my bike next year partially because they are 50 miles away and on the services I didn't really feel that welcomed. They took the keys and did the service but there was no personal touch such as offered a brew or quick chat. I used to always buy bikes from raceways at fleet wood and they are superb for aftercare. Also have quite a few bolts and fittings that have corroded and gone nasty which on a new bike is poor and I asked them to look at it hoping for warrenty claim but we told that because there are numerous bolts it's not a manufacturing fault which I understand to a degree but they could have offered to replace some of bolts or fit them for free and supply new boots at cost or something similar.
Bought my Panigale off them last October. Thought they were very welcoming, well they would be, when spending that much. Gave me as much time to talk over the bike, and then delivered it free even though it was 400 miles round trip. The girl working there is also well fit !!! So gets my thumbs up !!!!
