Could anyone advise on alternative top yokes that will fit the Showa forks (53 mm dia?) that have provision to take handlebar mounts/ risers?

Quite a few multistrada 1000/1100 and later monsters probably but you have to check the offset is correct.
I have 916 Showas in my Monster and had the Monster yokes bored from 50mm to 53mm. Don't know whether the stem fitting is compatible though?
As an alternative, you can get bar clamps with risers built in. If you struggle to find them I can have a mooch about the net and find where I've seen them.
Mr Dukedesmo - thanks for your input; can I assume from your comment that the 916 and Monster have the same off-set? If so, that is probably the way I'll go. Mr 1037sps - if you could, my simple mind can't picture what you are suggesting.
Curses, I must be hallucinating 'cos I can see something! Thanks Mr 1037sps I now see what you mean. As I still need to source the top yokes I think I'll try to get some with integral mounts.
I've just been to the garage to look and definitely not. The forks fit (after boring the yoke) and they are the same spacing for the wheel etc. but the offset on the Monster is smaller, hard to measure how much with dampers etc. in the way but noticeably less.
