Just a little mention to say Ducati Wolves were excellent on my first service on my 848. Nothing was to much trouble when I was quizzing Scott in the workshop and Barry made me feel very welcome with a nice cup of coffee and a chat about Duc's! The workshop is spotless!! Highly recommend indeed!
My only experience of Ducati Wolverhampton was back in 2007, sadly all I can say about it is that I wont ever go there again. In the West Midlands I recommend Ducati Coventry..
My experiences of them have also been crap on every occasion. Returning calls seems to be way too much trouble for them.
As above, less than impressed, cancelled a service department booking that I arranged weeks in advance, the day before by email, luckily I picked up the email.
Bit of a dichotomy for me, as above, returning calls is anathema, being kept in the loop re: servicing, nonexistent. Refusing to stamp service book unless schedule adhered to in every detail, despite spending a considerable amount of money on the important stuff, hmpf! On the upside, I couldn't fault the work carried out. I'll let you guess if I'll be returning for repeat business. I get the impression that if you're buying new you'd be looked after, at least in the short term. No disputing, Tony is as hard as nails and knows his stuff, but somehow, it just aint enough .......
Dawn has always been on the ball but Tony should stick to fixing the odd bike and keep well away from sales.
