Hi, i would like to praise moto-r for the work they have done on my mts 1200 had a problem and they went above and beyond to sort this for me where others have failed they succeeded. Thanks to Richard and the team.
My 1198s is in at the moment for the first time. I was recommended to try Rich & Peter from some very knowledgable and experienced Ducati guys. Apparently Richard was a very accomplished Ducati tech at a well known and respected main ducati dealer. So far they've done the belts, fork seals and a service for a reasonable price and knew exactly what was required. I'd been told the fork slide bushes needed doing by another main dealer, rich came straight over to the bike, bounced the forks and declared 'there's nothing wrong with those unless you want to spend money for nothing!' He then showed me a 1098s making a worse sound! He could've just took my money for essentially nothing as he was stripping the forks anyway. They're just (hopefully) sorting the poor fuelling now before I get it back.
Another happy customer here, I'll definitely be going back for my service in the new year - even though it's 70 miles each way!
