Ahhhh and I always thought it was the local language swiss x german. Bought a new phone for my mum on her birthday last year, its getting harder to find a simple phone that she can use these days but I got her a nice little Nokia.
ive got an elderly persons fone with giant buttons, all it does is phone,it also calls the fire brigade and the ambulance randomly/whenever it feels like it ,pff no idea why. only got it to replace the blanket, matches n firewood we had before cos theres so many things on fire nowadays it was getting hard to get through to anybody. dislike technology, fkn ibollox tsk. mind i have got a shield tablet thing but only got that so i can kill zombies n shit on it while sat in the docs.
I bought my mum one for Xmas. The simplest one I could find at tesco's, wasn't a Nokia but very similar... Put £20 credit on it for her and she called me the other day saying she couldn't switch it on! :Banghead:
I'd offer to give you a ring but wait, I've got no phone!! now that's a very valid point. I sometimes thought I had only one speed dial on mine, the AA!
i have also done this.. in fact most nights.. why cant they just make the headphone socket able to charge the phone and stop making me feel stupid?
if i have to use a manual to operate something i dont want it... but thanks ... you have 11 months to think of a better gift! im gunna get you a chopping board..
Mine is essential for keeping in contact with the kids and because I do a fair bit of travel I also use it to keep in touch here
Oh yes and that too and selfies oh and for catching a bit of eye candy and cars that park too close to me
Mine is most definitely essential. It's a business mobile phone. How else would I order pizza on the way home?
