That is why I have learned to ride while it's sunny in uk and not when I have time off. Works about 70% of the time.
It's been a shit bank holiday. :frown: I was going to go to Cadwell (where the weather looked positively glorious compared to here) but I made the mistake of logging on to my work email this morning to find that an Australian client needed to have a conference call at 10am uk time. That meant that I'd not have got there before 1pm So the day was bolloxed. I've not been a happy bunny today despite watching the racing on tv.
Work has been scant for the past 9 months in my industry (lots in the pipeline but we can't survive on a pipeline) so unfortunately I had to jump through this very high hoop
Weather not bad up here today.. Just 2 bastard monsters being a pain! One to fix and one a mystery electrical thing , it's great having a load of people waiting for you to start your bike and the little basket justs does nothing!!!! Oh how I laughed ... Not

Check the thin wire going to starter solenoid (between two thick wires) it tends to work loose and bike does not turnover.
Not they're not. At least some of them are caused by bank holidays. That's been an observable phenomenon for as long as i can remember.
