I know, I know, they never made an S model 848 evo, but they should have done as it transforms the bike from the rock hard uncompliant Showa std suspension, more on that later. So here we have for sale my 2012 848 evo in immaculate condition. I am the 2nd Owner of the bike, it was bought new from Laguna in Essex and first registered 27.04.2012 It has a ful main dealer service history and has been maintained as follows: 600 mile service 29.08.12 @ Luguna 1500 mile oil service 03.03.14 @ Moto Rapido 1950 mile oil and belt service 27.09.14 @ W.M.Snell The clocks were replaced under warranty at Moto Rapido at just under 1000 miles so the clocks currently say the mileage is 2324 but the true mileage is 3324. Extras included in the sale: Suspension - 1098s ohlins front forks, 1198s ohlins rear shock, 1198s ohlins steering damper. All of this was professionally serviced, installed and set up at Steve Jordan Performance. This transforms the bike and makes it really compliant on UK roads. Oberon Clutch slave – I’m sure you know this but this means around 30% less lever pressure on the clutch 14t front sprocket – This brings the gearing to something vaguely sensible for the road, otherwise it’s 2nd gear for anything under 40mph ! Gold DID chain Ride height adjuster – Std 848 evo part is none adjustable Healtech Exhaust Valve bypass – This removes the exhaust valve motor and the cables and improves lower rev running Ducati factory fit alarm system Quick charge optimate lead All the original parts are included in the sale if we agree the asking price, with the exception of the suspension. The bike has been used on track mainly in the novice group, twice in the UK and 3 trips with Focused Events. It has had an extra oil service as a result of this. £8295, or very very near offer.
