hi, I just noticed that sometimes my whole headlight unit would not come on. The dash, turn signals and tailight are working perfect. Today, i found out that when i twist a little the big harness that connects the headlight to the bike the whole unit comes to life. Does it mean there is a bad wire connection in the connector ? a bad headlight relay ? I double checked the fuses and everything is fine. anybody have any clues ?
There is a relay tucked under there, might be worth swapping it out. IIRC there the same as the two next to the battery, but they're a bugger to get at, worth buying a couple as spares anyways as there are notoriously poor! Only a couple of quid/bucks/shekles each.
