1200 DVT Gunzenbomz - Lunasee Pro1000 Kit

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by GunZenBomZ, Apr 9, 2015.

  1. From my upgrades thread I have purchased and now installed a kit that provides a cool green glow too my wheel rims. As i do a lot of early morning & evening riding.

    So what do you think?

  3. It makes rim tape almost acceptable ;)

  4. Should i show you my pilon fracture from last year & extensive year off of work, learning to walk again etc. And...now still suffering major pain. I am happy to be ridiculed but my safety & health is important. And i do want to buy a ducati this year.

  5. Lighten up fella, you solicited for comments.

  6. They look... gash! If you don't know this word, see "hideous" in the dictionary.

And as for your commentary, I actually don't know what to say.

    HTH :)

  7. Erm, yes the camera is working? :)

  8. Lunasee are sure to bring out a yellow/orange/red photoluminescent tape. Tron was one of my favorite films from my childhood & anything to raise my profile i feel helps my safety. I am going to complete a IAM course this month also but at night this has the marmite effect with fellow bikers.

  9. I presume this is a joke right?

  10. Each to their own but brings to mind these guys if I'm being honest:

That said, most car drivers are likely to to take a double look saying "WTF!?!" so, you might be ok......safety wise?

On a serious note, good luck with the course :upyeah: as, imho, it's probably the better safety option out of the two. You'll never stop the tossers from 'not seeing you' so being able to ride defensively etc is worth it's weight in gold I reckon.

  11. I'm sure the joke is on me but no this is a video of me after i have installed a Lunasee pro1000 glowtape kit on a BMW F800GS. I'm sorry if i have come across as abrupt in my responses. Does it help that it's going to be going on a ducati in the future!

  12. Not really ;)

  13. Dude, go for it, if it makes you feel safer then who cares what it looks like. if I were you I'd put it around the rim in dashes so it flashes as the wheel turns. if you do can you video it so my kid can see what it looks like for his tricycle.

  14. I don't know if I dare say it but I actually thought it looked pretty damn nice. if they did a nice red glow jobbie it would be the dogs for cruising up and down the prom on a summers night me thinks :upyeah:. Ok its a little iddy bit tacky but really as long as the owners happy with it who gives?

  17. He He them there words is fighting talk in them there parts. yee haw.

  18. Might be more suited to a Bandit 600 streetfighter, badly done, with lots of brightly coloured anodised bits all over it, and ears on your crash helmet etc, rather than a classy bike like a Ducati? But live and let live. It is your bike, or will be. Just remember what you think when you see the bloke with his arm out of the window, cruising through the town in his boyed up Peugeot 206, playing incredibly bad music really really loud on a Saturday afternoon............

  19. yer well I'd think about it and my music blasting out would deffo be ABBA :)
