Haha! that happens to be one of my faves. It's a good song that's unfortunately been chosen to denote a certain kind of relationship but not in my case :Stop:. It's the first song I danced with the missus to way back in 1976! She was 13 at the time and we still going strong...well strongish. I was 36 by the way :Cigaronly kidding lol).
This thread has made me laugh, but to be slightly serious, I'm not sure what help these will be from a safety perspective? Maybe if riding towards a cross junction across the wide open plains of America, but in the UK, where even the country roads are hedge lined? By the time anyone sees them, they are likely to be piling into the side of you anyway - but your bike, your rules, whatever makes you happy, blah, blah.....?
