Hi. Bought my new 899 Panigale in May last year and am now out on the road again after the winter lay off. Are there any fellow fans of the bike that can suggest some of the better roads in East Anglia.
Morning Gary welcome, try the road from Wymondham through to Dereham nice and twisty, road surface not to bad for Norfolk some nice fast stretches to clear the cobwebs out! whoops i mean try the national speed limit out! when you have got to Dereham you can head back down to Thetford through the forest road that one is a bit busy sometimes. Or When you get to Dereham you can the cross the A47 head through the country side to Baldswell, through to Reepham, Aylsham, then head out to North Walsham then Sea Palling for fish and chips for lunch nice ride, then back down to the A12 for home
And if you are even further south on the A12 near Woodbridge, get yourself a coffee and a sandwich at Mrs AL's caff......... .........well, that's what 'she' calls it when the bikes turn up here.
I've always found Snetterton rather nice, especially with the recent infield section. A1101 from Mildenhall to Bury St Edmunds and then on to Long Melford and Sudbury isn't a bad route.
