Breakfast run

  1. going for a ride tomorow 8 am moto services exeter M5 junction 30 ride down to west bay dorset i think , around 100 miles back around 11am me 999s and a 2006 blade :wink:if you come the breakfast is on me :upyeah:

  2. What time do you think you will be at west bay? Might meet you there for a cup of tea. Will check this in the morning pre leaving for a ride around 08.00. I am near to Bournmouth.

  3. sorry steve did not see your post till now we left Exeter at 8.10 had some breakfast and left about 10.00 did see lots of bikes out but only 2 ducatis a yellow 748/996 and a red 848/1096 was that you ?

    Sorry forgot the clocks going forward so did not get down there till around 10.00 BST. 1198/996 turned up while I was there, Dave and Ian, and had a nice chat with them. Neither of them is on here but have told them to contact me via here.
    First time I have been to West Bay for years what a nice bunch down there. Let me know when you are heading that way again as it is a nice ride for me and had a really good bacon sandwich as well. Not sure what temperatures where like for you but was bloody frozen when I got there. Bit warmer on the way back but traffic hell.

  5. It's a nice drive to West Bay from Ilchester would love to do it sometime as well as the coast road from Lyme to Wyemouth on a bike

    Just looked where you are and it would be a nice run. Might be nice if I was to cut up and meet you half way and go down to West bay. A35 was a bit dull but some V fast bits. Wait for John to come back and maybe we can all meet up. Do you do Poole night might see you there. Was very impressed with West Bay never even heard it was a meeting place. Sunday mornings is usually Loomies near Portsmouth for me.

    Unfortunately I'm in Hereford spent a bit of time in that area last year and some of the roads are great
    And I wrote my bike off last year too but hoping to get back into riding at some point
    If the offer still stands I may just take you up on it when I'm able 
