I am still looking guys for a de-cat pipe for MTS 1100s, I can collect, cash payment and would be eternally grateful....grovel
Hi mate, i had a Multi 1000, i believe the 1100 has the same system as the 1000, i bought another unit to modify by cutting it open & removing the cat unit & then had it welded back together. there are no real benefits other than a slight weight saving to removing the cat, mine had the full termi on & the sound was a bit deeper. if you want to try that route i still have the original unmodified cat unit from my bike that you could modify, it had done about 6000 miles when removed, £50 if you want it.
Thank you for getting in touch, in the end I bought a Mivv decat pipe which is a lot better looking and sounds a lot better, work to do on the ECU and mapping though as expected. Again thanks for the offer.
