Hello, My throttle cable has worn through my vin number and paintwork (I know, I should have done something earlier). But I figured it was a design flaw and nothing to be done. Then I realised there's a cable holder for other cables near it and wondering whether it was meant to be in there. Can anyone confirm as I don't want to have it flex the wrong way or bend under pressure at a different location. I've had the bike since about a year old so I figured they wouldn't have had any work done on it to move the throttle cable... Attached is a picture. thanks.
Somebody on FB ducati evo said there's is the same. So I guess it's just another shit design artefact from Ducati.
