Engine Side Cover.

  1. Hi posted in the wanted section, but thought someone maybe able to help.
    I am in need of the upper engine side cover on the horizontal cylinder cam side which the oil cooler mounts on to for my base 2005 749. If anyone has one laying around or in need of a new home please let me know.
    I also need the cam belt cover to the above.

    The part number is 247.1.212.1A in the parts manual.

  6. just checked i have 247.1.163.1 which looks similar to your parts. Sorry.

  8. So the next question is the tool to remove the roller studs for the roller tensioners. The Ducati tool for this is rather expensive and can't seem to find any aftermarket ones online.
    The engine is out and I'm interested on any suggestions to remove these.
    Spanner? (although tight for a good connection) or can a tool be made?
