1199 Adjustable Rearsets

  1. hi guys
    Looking for some information regarding adjustable rearsets
    What have you got fitted and how adjustable are they I've had Gilles VCR Rearsets before which were great but very expensive just wondering if anything as good or better for the 1199
    Thinking of changing as I keep hitting a false neutral so thinking it could be feet position unless you guys have any other suggestions to what it might be
    Clutch slave cylinder maybe ???

  2. I tried ducati performance rear sets rode 20o mile straight back to garage and put standard back on found rear brake to far ay for me .i was hitting false neutrals between 5-6 gear stripped greased back to gether spot on .

  3. Yeah same for me always seems to be between 5th and 6th
    What did you strip and grease ?

  4. I put a set of Austin Racing on and Re really happy with them. Occasionally hit neutral from 1st to 2nd, but did that with the standard pegs on, just need to be positive with the change. Otherwise great!

  7. I looked on the AR Website and there's no rearsets for the 1199 :(

  8. Look for 'gia Moto' gia Moto make rearsets for AR they are exactly the same.

  14. I have the AR ones, but put a set of flip up pegs on that I had kicking around. I run race shift and have never had any false neutrals

    Think that might be the way forward and a way of possibly limiting the false neutrals by fitting adjustable rearsets
