Thanks for coming back to me, I'll have a think about it, to be honest the discs soune the more promising prospect for me, can you confirm that there is no excessive play in the bobbins please? Also when you say they are pretty flat on a toolmakers flat plate, that concerns me a little as I really don't want to have any shudder from disc warp.
to be honest i think the only way to tell if they will judder is to try them, there doesn't appear to have any movement in the bushes, i have seen new disks with a slight belly in them and they were fine? they were fitted to my 748 with no judder, the guy that took these off his 1198 said they were fine? but as i said i have not tried them. If you want to pay for them and then try, if they are no good please drop me an email and return them and i will refund the cost of the disks, i think thats fair for both of us Is the belly pan a bit too much for you?

Hi Racing Duck are you interested in the clutch cover, someone has just asked me for the plate and springs i would rather sell as a job lot but if you want the cover i will split the lot? please let me know ASAP cheers Graham

No worries - assumed something like that, but saw the belly/left side queries. I do need a RHS belly too, but really it should be black.. Will keep an eye on the thread.
