2006 999s Engine for repair or parts - £600 + shipping Originally purchased from @final_edition as a rebuilt engine with new 'race' bearings. Spent a fortune tuning it and servicing it to run properly - had it dyno'd by CJS Racing at 140hp. Compression tested at 11.5 bar Vert + Horz cylinders by Luigi motors. I got 6x trackdays from it before it developed an oil leak from the vertical head. That was 2 weeks before I was due to ship my bike off to Mugello with Focused so I had to buy a replacement engine or else I would be exploring a repair of this. Also, there is excessive endfloat in the layshaft and gearbox bearings which will need to be properly shimmed I am guessing. Still runs but consider it for parts or repair. Could be an easy project for a competent DIY-er. Comes with water pump, starter motor, etc - no clutch though can supply a dry clutch minus plates if needed. Shipping will be on a 'quarter pallet' - it will be tied down and pallet wrapped. Cost is normally about £70 to anywhere in the UK (from London).
