  1. Hi I'm thinking of converting my handlebars on my 748 to straight renthals I have the top yoke with riser already but do I need extended brake and clutch lines also if anyone has done this task do you have to chop away at front fairing to compensate movement etc does anyone know where I can get brake lines etc I've tried Lal but they only provide full kits cheers any info would be great also if anyone has done this did you regret or like outcome.

  2. HEL for custom brake and clutch lines

  3. you'll also need a custom throttle cable

  4. I have longer clip-ons on my 916 and the extra inch or so was enough to make the throttle cable tight (it really is that short) but I discovered that the throttle cable from an ST4 (or was it an S4?) is the same design but a couple of inches longer...

  5. Or Venhill where you can create your own custom lines via the web.

    Custom Hoses & Cables

  6. Ok great I'll check it out thanks
