Time has finally come where I have the cash and the clutch is just about to give up, on the 750, managed to eek it out for far too long really. Anyway, what is the best kit out there? Don't really need an upgraded super duper clutch, just a good replacement. Also what exactly am I changing/need to buy, I have no idea with bikes, so buy bits give to garage and make sure everything that needs to be done is done. Cheers
Hi Pits....the 750 is a wet clutch, so you don't have a lot of options, you will need to drain the oil, open up the right hand side engine casing and take a look at the clutch....most likely its only the clutch plates that will need replacing, as you dont get the same level of wear on the basket as you with a dry clutch. If you have no ideas about bikes, you are best giving it to someone who does, and for the clutch it does not need to be a Ducati dealer the clutch is the same as on most Jap bikes. However if you have any mechanical skills, it's a simple job.

I've found Moto Rapido Ducati at Winchester really helfull and got a 10% discount for being a meber of the Ducati sporting club, dont forget a new cover gasket, sump plug washer, oil and maybe an Oil filter as well, unless youve just changed it recently. Pitty your not a bit nearer as I could have done it for you.
