Open the filler and undo the single screw (#21) Remove the screws around the outside (#4) ( only 3 hold the filler cap assembly in, the others are dummies) With the filler cap assembly removed you should now see the 8 grub screws (#2) located around the inside of the flange. They are very small and need a tiny Allen key to loosen them, 1.5mm or maybe 2mm. After loosening them the flange should pull out of the aperture in the tank, usually with some difficulty. Buy a new o-ring (#8) before attempting to put it back together. The trick to putting it back in again is to grease the tank aperture and keep the gasket seal (#7) well clear so that it doesn't slide down and prevent the assembly from sliding in.
