  2. Allen key.

  3. Loosen the dozen or so hex socket grub screws on the inside of the filler then pull it out.

  4. And look forward to real fun when you come to refit it...

  5. I may be blind but can find them. Are tgey recesses?

Open the filler and undo the single screw (#21)
Remove the screws around the outside (#4) ( only 3 hold the filler cap assembly in, the others are dummies)
With the filler cap assembly removed you should now see the 8 grub screws (#2) located around the inside of the flange. They are very small and need a tiny Allen key to loosen them, 1.5mm or maybe 2mm.
After loosening them the flange should pull out of the aperture in the tank, usually with some difficulty.
Buy a new o-ring (#8) before attempting to put it back together. The trick to putting it back in again is to grease the tank aperture and keep the gasket seal (#7) well clear so that it doesn't slide down and prevent the assembly from sliding in.

  7. Now thank you so very much.
Thats brilliant. Really aporeciate your time on it
