Not much of an achievment I know but I'm quite pleased with my home-brewed starter and earth cable (can't really see the earth but it's the same weight as the starter cable but black). No idea if this will improve the cranking but it can't do any harm.

With 6 ends (I just crimp them in a vice ... my crimping pliars won't cope), a metre of red comes to about £11 plus postage. Give them a call on 0115 9305454 or an e-mail to [email protected] and they send you a catalogue ..... or just browse online.
