Gipro Digital Gear Indicator Fitting.

  1. Hi all,

    Has anyone installed the gipro gear indicator to a 848 street fighter, if so was it easy and where did you mount it? ...thinking of getting one, so just want some first hand opinions please.

  2. Ive put one on my 1098. Plug n play socket is under the seat. Route cable under the tank( put a few small tie wraps on cable to stop it moving) I made a tiny bracket by bending some thin ally in a vice then glued the unit onto it. Mounted on top yoke. When youve fitted it try moving bars full lock in both directions to make sure youve got the right amount of slack in the cable.
    Its a brilliant piece of kit in my opinion

  8. On the left hand bar on mine I've got Oxford heated grips.... Its stuck to the side of that.
