So what have you done today..?

  1. Yip :smileys:

  2. 999 update: 1/2 fitted the starter cable set from mr @Exige, much trickier than the 996. only found 2 bits of dodgy wiring that needs fixing, one day (insulation tape for now), and only broke one bolt, the bleeding nipple for the clutch slave. Broke my golden rule if new letting the de-grip spray soak in for 24 hours. New banjo and nipple ordered. Can belt covers off. Coolant draining.

First track day tomorrow at Brands, checked all levels, pressure and all good. No sleep for me tonight [emoji2]

  3. Good luck Cream - take your time and enjoy it. If this is your first time then you won't want to come off the track! :upyeah:

  4. Replaced the piston seals in the clutch master cylinder of my SMT and gave the Superduke its first wash. :Shy:

  5. Had my 899 a week on Friday not even sat on it and started it up yet! today the postman was busy I got an Evotech rear tail tidy and Brake/clutch levers, the packing they use is first class and the quality is absolutely faultless.
Then I received some RST leather trouser's I won on Ebay and a really nice Ducati jacket to wear on the scrambler.

  6. Also read today's MCN worth getting there's some articles on new Ducati's in it.

  7. Cheers mate. I'd be a lot happier if I wasn't riding there and back but hey ho. Main aim tomorrow is keeping it shinning side up and to not break down. [emoji106]

  8. My tyre man only had my Panigale rear tyre in stock, so that's been sorted.

The Scrambler should get its new rear tyre tomorrow:upyeah:

  9. image.jpeg All over bar the shouting re: pedalbox/broken car. Here is the offending item, if you have a Polo, Lupo, Arosa, Ibiza then watch out.. there was as much weld attaching the stoplight switch brkt as there was on the broken clutch cable brkt!!

  18. Not unhappy about supper.
I made a pork curry with 3 green chillies from the garden, via the freezer.
I made a pumpkin dahl with 2 red chillies ditto.
Then I made a leek, green pepper and aubergine curry as I had those things lying about. Cheated on that one, as I used a curry paste instead of chopping lots of ginger, garlic etc and heating spices.
    Cooked a basmati rice.
All in all, not bad. Probably not far off 3 hours of work, but I like cooking.

  19. and then you woke up......:Hilarious:
