  1. Hi guys need some advice please!!!

I did something very silly i came out of gym and forgot id put my front disc lock on (yes i know what a D*** lol)
anyway i now have a judder when i pull my front brake i looked at it and cant see anything wrong ive had the front wheel of the ground and when i turned it its grabs a little at 1 point so i figured arhh warped disk so ive fitted new disks but the judder is still there under braking.......
Its rideable but little scary when braking into corners lol

    HELP!!!!!

  2. Has the fork leg twisted slightly?

  3. Take the new discs off.....clean the disc seat on the hub really well after running a tap through the bolt holes.......clean the seat on the new discs as well....then lay them on the wheel which is also laying on its side and give the discs a spin....adjust the holes to line up.

Without bolting up, press down in two places on the disc rotor on the line of the bolt holes and see if the disc rocks a bit...if it does, turn the disc 90 degress to another set of bolt holes and try again until it doesn't rock.....

With all the bolts clean (up to you whether you use Loctite or not....I do, but you have to work faster) run opposite pairs of bolts in until you fekll them just nip the disc a tiny bit....repeat the pairs, always working opposite the last bolt each time until they are all in....Then working opposite, use your torque wrench to tighten them all....never tighten two bolts next to each other....

    See if that helps...
