Guy and Gary Johnson live about 10 miles apart (when Guy is in kirmington) and they always had a bit of needle about who was best and who would win a TT, till Gaz beat him to it. Both of them are proper funny away from the camera and Gary was really helpfull last year, signing all manor of stuff, from a helmet to canvas pictures to auction when the bairn held a charity music show for the kidney federation. Bump. How Britain Worked - Channel 4 I can vouch for Guy being the same in real life as he is on tv. I`ve done a few Pre-65 trials when he`s borrowed a bike and rode. My claim to fame? I`ve beaten him a couple of times . Ok, ok, it was his first time and I`d been riding off road for nearly 10 years but why should that get in the way of a bit of bragging :biggrin:.
