Adjustable belt pulleys

  3. How about alloy belt pulleys and a box of woodruff keys?

  4. Remove the pulley, remove the woodruff key, rebuild without it - set pulleys for optimum tuning, then drill and tap a fixing bolt through the pulley into the camshaft!

  6. the pulleys on the later #95 series are adjustable but steel probably cheaper than aftermarket

  7. Yes mate i had a pair of later monster steel adjustable pulleys on my dd bike.
    You dont see 4 off for sale very often.
