As above. Mines been done (one the dyno) but just before it went in I had an electrical problem with mine (self inflicted in the end) but one of the "it could be..." options was the ecu so I bought one, there was only one that I could find at the time but it turned out not to be that. So, when it went on the dyno Chris was really nice and reprogrammed the spare one. Specs are as follows... Custom mapping (I believe its a copy of mine) full system, K&N air filter, drilled/DP performance airbox mod. Flapper valve deleted o2 sensors deleted Price is 135 quid (inc carriage) which is what I paid for the ecu in its stock form. Passing on Chris's favour to me. Just to reiterate this is an ecu for the evo/ evo sp not the s/Gen1
I have put this on the for sale thread but thought I'd ask in here.... While I was sorting out my electrical problem a few weeks back I did think at the time I fried the ecu.... There was one on eBay which I bought as if it was it would be sods law that if it was that one would sell... Turns out it wasn't so when I got the bike working and took it to Chris at cjs he programmed the spare up for me so, I've got a spare molded cjs programmed ecu for sale.... Price is 130 which is what I paid for, for the ecu. Ecu is set up against my build which is... Full system K&n filter Drilled airbag (at the top) Flapper valve disabled O2 sensors disabled also (they will need to be unplugged) Bargain.... If anyone wants it they're more than welcome to try it first.... I would expect them to see a big torque increase in second and about 5 to 10% more power across the board with slightly enter fuel economy... Pm me if your interested...
