Hi, I'm trying to contact Ducati UK about an issue i have with my 1199s. The bike is out of the factory warranty and the Dealer i purchased it from are not interested in helping resolve the problem. It's nothing mechanical but more a design flaw. Trying to find a UK contact phone number or email address has proved challenging - Anyone have either of these?

Good luck with them helping. Years ago I contacted them regarding flaking rockers on my 916 (which was and continues to be a known quality issue) and whilst I wasn't expecting much they wouldn't even acknowledge that it was a problem, other than stating they could fail if the bike wasn't serviced properly, despite the fact that Ducati had been replacing them FOC in the USA for quite a while...
