Engine Error ..... Help

  1. just went to start my 2013 1200 s Multi, the oil service light came on and when that went out (-400 miles) the dreaded engine error notice came up, the bike starts and runs, haven't rode it, is there a diagnostic tool available to pin the error down or do I have to go to the nearest dealer, 3 1/2 hours away?

  3. Just that....... errors...... Engine no further info, the handbook has a list of possible faults

  7. I'm afraid it doesn't work with iOS. You need to use Windows and probably not from a mobile. You will need this cable available from Lonelec.
    Bluetooth ELM327 MultiTool Lite Ducati Multistrada Oil Service Reset
    It's intended for use with MultiTool but although MultiTool will clear service warnings it won't read nor clear error codes. If your laptop doesn't have Bluetooth you will also need either a Bluetooth dongle or a USB to OBD cable.
