Hi Guys, going to order up a new chain and sprockets for the Multistrada. It's the first replacement and it's a 2014 1200s. When I spoke with shop I was asked if I needed a sprocket carrier. Do I need to replace the sprocket carrier when replacing the C and S? Thanks in advance Kenneth
Get a DID heavy-duty chain & replace both front & rear sprockets in sync. Unless the carrier is ruined, no. However I'd ask them to have a set of cush drives in stock. If your's are fubar once the wheel is off!
