I need a louder horn Is there something I can just buy and switch for the standard one which is 'pathetic' that can be heard above the pipes - I feel at times loud horn and loud pipes are required - especially for cyclists with headphones Thanks Char
A pal of mine moved to Istanbul a couple of years ago, and to help him through the notoriously gridlocked streets, he fitted a truck horn to his Landrover Discovery. Worked quite well. I always fancied getting around to fitting something like that to my Ducati, it could be fun...
OK - on a serious note ( sorry ! ) I took a Stebel TMagnum 80 horn off my Mutley. For the price of postage and a bottle of cheap plonk it's yours. I also have the relay that wired it in too, - interested Cuppa ( or is it more Arctic ?)
