Rear suspension pressure

  1. On my Ducati streetfighter 1100 I have a reservoir attached to the rear suspension, with a filler valve which is the same size as one to inflate your tyres. What effect does it have and what is the stock pressure it is set at?

  2. Don't think you're meant to touch that. Factory set and might contain nitrogen.

  3. I have nitrogen and the very point of asking is so I can do more stuff myself. All the internet pics I have looked at don't seem to have it, is it standard?

  4. It's standard on the Showa unit.

    What are you hoping to change by altering it?
