That was fun

Was ice on the road when i left and then a nice snowfall on top of it before i got home

 

I've got to ask, why the heck did you leave when there was ice on the road ?

 

Because the estate I live on is never treated with salt so any drop in temp always leaves ice on the road but the main roads are treated. I have to tip toe for about 300 metres till I get to non slippy roads . I use the bike to commute every day so I am used to the morning careful riding but once the snow started laying on the ground that was too much to keep going

 

8000kms round trip to north india. Some of the worst roads and best views in the world.

 

Out for a chilly ride in Sussex today.
