I'm needing a Supersport tank that isn't rusty inside or out, or at least isn't leaking. Started welding up mine and it looks like the whole back end, especially the LH is either holed or wafer thin. Thanks.
Got this one for £500 including postage. Ducati 750SS Fuel Tank | eBay Far too much, but what do you do.... Wait until the Beater aluminium tanks drop in price?
If anyone wants to go the repair route for a rusty tank, I think Baines still offer an exchange service which might work out cheaper than buying 'new' even though internally it won't be std.
Oh dear, I should have waited. Pro-twins on eBay have a welded up, but not repainted tank for £450, I thought I was doing ok at £500.
