As above....wife just said "the roof blind is caught up in the car..." and after my fiddling about its worse (SMAX titanium x sport)....just went googling for manuals/teardowns etc etc....and it looks like a scare story at the moment....talk of a 1k repair bill!....just wondered if anyone had any insight (or experience good or bad) although I'm preparing to take it on the chin at the moment....as ive also read that the whole roof section has to come out to get to the blind assembly....
whats the fault? panoramic roof? a quick goggle gave me this. if its not quite literally broke, maybe disconnecting the battery for 30mins then reconnect. dont forget the radio code. My Roof Blind And Other Problems - CMAX Owners Club Forum's
I did read that... Apart from the fact that the bar is in the wrong place (reset whatever that entails could fix it) the cloth down the sides looks like it wraps around almost like chord but it's come away from that... Be carefull with the roof liniing, often semi rigid and crease easily. Be aware of the roof airbag and wiring running along the edges aswell.
I am sure there is someone who works for them on here but they may be a polyester suited salesman. d8mok, I think.

We've got the panoramic roof on our Kuga Titanium X, everytime the wife says she's had it open I just think of the repair bill if it goes wrong.. They could have done a factory reset on the body control module but stripping it all out is a hell of a job..
