Looks much better, could you explain to folk how its done in case others wish to remove the box too ? I think one or 2 of the lines have to be altered don't they ? cheers in advance
I had never liked the look of the carbon filter, it has the look of a last minute add on. I saw the "how to" on web bike world, simple to do 1. Remove carbon box by pulling downwards as it's held by wedge shape blocks into the mounting bracket 2. Remove the pipe clips from the carbon box with pliers 3. Remove bracket for carbon box and re-fit the screw to the mounting points 4. Plug the pipe from the injector with a screw and clip, tuck this up out of sight. 5. Use the overflow pipe and join this to the breather from tank, zip tie to other pipes. 6. Remove horn bracket and re-mount horn onto bracket back bolt. I needed a 6mm pipe joiner & 3 fuel clips which I got from Halfords. All this is easily reversible in the future when you sell the bike and want to return to stock.
I've done this although I haven't routed my cables as neatly as you. On a side note. I manager to shear one of my exhaust bolts when trying to fit that bash plate. 1 job makes a bigger job!
